Seema Kazi has been educated in India, The Netherlands and Norway. She has a Master’s degree in Development Studies. She has worked with Indian and international women’s rights groups in the area of Muslim women and human rights. Her other field of interest is gender and militarization. Seema is currently completing her Ph.D. on Gender and Militarization in (Indian administered) Kashmir.
